Having had experience of both I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending BPS Ploermel when it comes to buying or selling a property in France. Bertrand and Justine, fluent in English, are extraordinarily helpful in guiding you through the process. They are professional, totally trustworthy and go out of their way to ensure the purchase/sale is as smooth as possible for all parties. They are quick to deal with any queries you may have no matter how large or small. Their service does not end there. Even after the contracts are signed they will respond giving their help and guidance with any further questions you may have. Bertrand and Justine our thanks. We got there in the end.

I would not hesitate to use BPS for buying and selling property. I bought a house 14 years ago from this agent and have sadly sold the property in the last week.
Their customer service is excellent. Bertrand Guillemot was professional, friendly and conscientious. His Communication (and Justine) was prompt in answering questions and honest.
As Bertrand speaks perfect English, (and French) this certainly took some of the stress out of understanding and translating! Translating information during the notaire meeting also was so helpful. If you are English and concerned about selling/buying property as you do not speak much French then be reassured BPS is the immobilier for you.
I thank Bertrand and his team for all your time and effort which is very much appreciated.
